By accessing or using RaceBud.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or demo.
RaceBud.ai provides website content, product information, contact and signup flows, and a telemetry analysis demo or related product experience. Some features may be marked as beta, provisional, experimental, or in development.
RaceBud.ai may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to upload malicious code, unauthorized data, or content that infringes the rights of another person or entity.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload telemetry files, session information, or any other material you submit to RaceBud.ai.
Telemetry maps, lap comparisons, and coaching outputs are informational tools only. They may contain beta logic, inferred conclusions, or incomplete interpretation, especially in evolving product areas.
You remain solely responsible for how you use the output in racing, testing, setup, instruction, or competition decisions.
RaceBud.ai and its website, branding, software, interface design, visual assets, and product materials are owned by RaceBud.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as necessary to use the service, no license is granted to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from RaceBud.ai materials without prior written permission.
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceBud.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or use arising from or related to the site or service.
RaceBud.ai may suspend or terminate access to any part of the service at any time if misuse, abuse, legal risk, operational risk, or security concerns arise.
